Qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Women’s Health Advocate, and Menopause Educator


Meera Bhogal is a passionate advocate for women’s health and a dedicated menopause educator, renowned for empowering women to navigate menopause with confidence. Drawing on her personal journey, Meera provides factual information and practical tools, helping women make informed choices about their health during this life stage.

As the founder of Evixia, a holistic programme supporting over 100 women in managing menopausal symptoms through nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise, Meera has developed a proven framework to address the physical and emotional challenges of menopause. She has built a thriving community where women can share experiences, learn from each other, and feel heard.

Dr Farnaaz Sharief MBE


MBChB, MRCGP, BCAh, Senior Fellow (Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management) Executive Coach, RESILIENCE TRAINER and NLP Practitioner


Farnaaz Sharief is an NLP Practitioner, Executive Coach, and DISC certified coach with extensive experience in empowering individuals across organisational boundaries. As a Senior Fellow with the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, Farnaaz has a unique understanding of the challenges within healthcare systems and is deeply passionate about fostering resilience, transforming teams, and helping individuals navigate change.

A GP by background and former Medical Director, Farnaaz has over 15 years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams in primary and secondary care. She has developed a multi-award-winning resilience programme that has significantly enhanced psychological well-being, confidence, and fulfillment, particularly within the healthcare sector. Her work in resilience was recognised with a spot on the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in 2018 and a British Citizens Award in 2017.


Mr. Vikram Talaulikar


Mr. Vikram Talaulikar is an associate specialist at the reproductive medicine unit in University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and hon. associate professor at University College London.
